Provide real estate development and project management services to institutional investors and developers. Development Services include: real estate investment due diligence, environmental assessments, property condition assessments, and seismic evaluations, review of development documents, evaluation of budgets and schedules, and periodic observation during construction phase.  Project Management Services include owner’s representative, coordination and planning, assist in budget and schedule development, participate in regulatory approval process, observation and reporting during construction phase, draw/invoice approval, and project closeout.

CIGNA CORPORATION, Bloomfield, Connecticut
Assistant Vice President,   Real Estate Operational Services

Directed the efforts of a professional staff (total direct and indirect reports up to 100+) in all aspects of real estate management for CIGNA throughout the eastern United States, encompassing 4.5 million square feet.  Responsibilities include design, engineering, new construction, renovation, facility management, project management and space management.   Managed property and leasehold interests, space utilization, space disposal, space planning, operation, maintenance and renovations.  Directed the accounting and financial reporting for domestic and international real estate projects.  Responsible for space design and implementation of space standards and ergonomics.  Maintained capital planning and accounting systems the major divisions.  Play a lead role in business continuity planning from a real estate perspective.  Served as the Client Manager, representing CIGNA Corporate Real Estate for all customers on strategic and operational issues.
